Brand new(bought today) whirlpool duet sport turned on the water

Make sure your drain hose is placed up at least as high as the top of the
machine .. it has to be at that level to work properly. If you have low drain pipes just get some pvc that will fit snugly a little longer in lenglth
to raise the drain hose up. Works like a charm.

The following list of codes indicates an electronics communication problem with the washer: - Duet HT washer - F01, F03, F06, F11, F23, F24, F27, F28, F29, F30, F31, F32, F35, F42, F61, F62, F63, F64, F65, F70, F71, and F99

If Pause/Cancel does not work:

1. Unplug washer or disconnect power for one minute.
2. Plug in washer or reconnect power.
3. Re-select the cycle and press Start.

NOTE: If the error remains on the display, call for service.

I would first replace the door latch/lock assembly, a number of users have and it fixed the F-11 error code completely. Its the cheapest part for this problem.

4. Are screens at inlet hose connection clear of obstructions.

Check to make sure the water is turned on. It is often something simple in this situation.

First check your washer plug to see if the connections are tightly screwed. Next check your filter if you haven't for long.

Remove the 3 screws at the bottom of the front panel under the washer door. Your filter door will be light brown. If you find a hose there it is to drain out excess water (water that could not be drained by your pump) After you hv drained unscrew the cap and remove all the junk inside. Have a large plastic bag to catch junk and water. Refit carefully after cleaning out. If not solved, something shd be blocking your pump, check this out

Sounds like the door seal may have become detached.

your pump is probably plugged or the impeller on the pump motor is not turning properly and jamming.
