Does it have a green line in middle of screen ??

Apple has some suggestions to try before taking it in to an Apple store. Most iPod Nanos are covered by a one year warranty, and you may have purchased a longer warranty. For questions about your warranty and coverage, call Apple customer service. If your iPod is still covered and you live near an Apple store, it may be faster to take it in.

Charge the iPod Nano for several hours to make sure the problem isn't a low battery. Force reset the iPod Nano by holding down the Sleep button and the volume down button at the same time for 8-10 seconds or until the Apple logo appears. Restore your iPod Nano by plugging it into iTunes and clicking on the iPod, then "Restore." This will wipe all information on your iPod Nano and install the latest version of its operating system. Re-sync your data to the iPod Nano after a restore.

Well if the screen is not cracked and there is no black on the screen when the ipod is off then the pixels in the screen died. Easily solved, buy a new screen on ebay, I had to replace my ipod nano screen(clasic) because it was cracked, so this should work for you.

Its leaking black fluids under the screen

Your lcd screen is broken. when you pushed it the rest of the screen started to break up, the area that is black is broken, I supose this could be fixed somehow but I imagine it would be very difficult if not impossible at home.

Basicly you need to replace your screen.
if you have warranty you can contact apple for support but since apple considers broken screens abuse they might not fix it, so you might have to buy one from ebay for examble or take it to a local professional who could do the job.

Cracked screen, and other stuff.

It's very likely that when you dropped the iPod and damaged the screen, you also damaged a small component inside of the hard drive. The clicking noises are probably those of the hard drive trying to work and the picture of a "dead" iPod (I assume it's a picture of an iPod with a sad face) is also one that pops up when one is having hard drive problems. If you're comfortable enough opening your iPod, you could probably replace the LCD and hard drive but it might be a better idea for you to just buy a new one and sell the broken one as-is on eBay as you're replacing 2/3 main components of the iPod.
