Connect a LAN cable from the D-Link to your laptop/computer's LAN port, open the browser on your laptop/computer and enter the D-Link's configuration URL..

Check your all physical connection and cable..
First,restart your computer
->Open web browser and enter the IP address and enter the login details on
the login screen and proceed.Click Router Status under Maintenance and
check if you see your IP address.
->If you see 0.0.0.0, the
router is not obtaining the IP address. It can happen due to various
reasons. Contact your ISP and ask for the details including username,
password for PPPoE etc. and try to connect to the Internet again
afterwards.
->After configure you router ,open Command Prompt, type 'ipconfig/all' and hit Enter. Check Default Gateway
->If
you are still unable to browse the Internet, ping your router's
connection to the PC. Open Command Prompt, type 'ping
IPaddress(ex:192.168.1.0)', hit Enter.
->If you get the
Request timed out message then check your router connection again and
correct the Ethernet connection between your PC and the router.
