Sounds like the data on the sd card is corrupted.
You have to reload all data on the card,everything is on the navigon website,sorry i don't have the link).
You have to register before you can use their site.
Process is slow so be patient.
You should also format the sd card before reloading the data ( FAT,not FAT32).
process goes a little faster if you use a card reader.
