Actualy my copier is xerox work centre 5020. My problem is machine is indicate u2 error

Enter into the diagnostic mode.Press 50 then green button,press 20 then green button,press 00 then green button.Switch off the machine & Switch On.

That is a problem with the laser or ROS polygon mirror motor.
It most likley has failed.
Google a business called The Parts Drop, call and ask for Britt.
They can help you parts wise. Its not real difficult to replace.

IT CAN BE ONE OF 3 THINGS THE ROS ASSY. (LASER SCANNER UNIT OR ROS) , IOT DRIVE PWB(THE PC BOARD BELOW THE NVM AND IOT-SYS) OR A PROBLEM ON THE WIRING HARNESS / POWER SUPPLY. WE CAN REPAIR THOSE UNITS OR I CAN PROVIDE YOU THE PART NUMBERS IF YOU WANT TO ORDER THEM NEW FROM XEROX . [email protected]

Most likely the laser has failed and needs replaced. Here is the documentation.

CA1 Indicates that the polygon motor in the ROS has failed.
Procedure Enter output test, code 103, GP 10.
The polygon motor runs. Yes No Unanswered
Perform the following:

• Check the connector CN26 on the Interface PWB. Refer to Wiring Diagram 4.
  
• Check the harness and the pin connectors.
  
• Check the Interface PWB for damage.
  
• Install a new ROS, PL 9.10 Item 15.
  
• Install a new Interface PWB, PL 9.30 Item 5.
  

Check at connector CN26 pin 4 on the Interface PWB for a low signal. Refer to Wiring Diagram 4.
The signal is low. Yes No Unanswered
Perform the following:

• Check all the connectors to the interface PWB are pushed fully home.
  
• Check the interface PWB for damage.
  
• Install a new ROS, PL 9.10 Item 15.
  
• Install a new interface PWB, PL 9.30 Item 5.
