That is a problem with the laser or ROS polygon mirror motor.
It most likley has failed.
Google a business called The Parts Drop, call and ask for Britt.
They can help you parts wise. Its not real difficult to replace.

Most likely the laser has failed and needs replaced. Here is the documentation.
CA1 Indicates that the polygon motor in the ROS has failed.
Procedure
Enter output test, code 103, GP 10. The polygon motor runs.

Check the harness and the pin connectors.
Check the Interface PWB for damage.
Install a new ROS, PL 9.10 Item 15.
Install a new Interface PWB, PL 9.30 Item 5.
Check at connector CN26 pin 4 on the Interface PWB for a low signal. Refer to Wiring Diagram 4. The signal is low.
