You should have a diagram on one of the stickers under hood or on radiator support. But when installing it remember belt must go around each pulley and if pulley has grooves then grooves side of belt,if pulley is smooth then smooth side of belt.One of the smooth tensioners is spring loaded and usually has a slot for a pull bar to fit to relieve tension to remove and install belt.

The belt routing diagram is located on the top radiator cross member by the hood latch. You should see it when you open the hood. If it is not there, all Chrysler, Dodge, and Plymouth minivans, from 1993 to at least 1999, used the same 3.3L engine setup, so find someone with one and look for the diagram where I described.

2.0L Engines

The
accessory drive belt for 2.0L engines has no provision for manual belt
adjustment, since these engines use an automatic belt tensioner. Drive
belt slack is taken up by the automatic tensioner.
Movement of
the automatic tensioner assembly during engine operation is not a sign
of a malfunctioning tensioner. This movement is the tensioner
self-adjusting and is required to maintain constant belt tension.
The belt tensioner has a belt length indicator. If the indicator marks are not between the MIN and MAX marks, the belt must be replaced.
