Yes there is only one IC in your model its a STK393-110 IC and the two pico fuses are both 5 amp picos. You can get the IC and the pico fuses at the following ink, and they provide free installation instructions with pictures so you can do the repair yourself heres the link.

Code 22 points towards a failure in the convergence section of the TV. You can get a convergence repair kit from www.TvRepairKits.com to do the repair yourself.
See my reply to your last posting---The set needs The Stk-393-110 and whichever of the two pico fuses is blown replaced--I have instructions AND photos of what the fuses look like.
2 blink-then 3 blink---------deflection circuit problem
2 blink-then 4 blink---------vertical circuit problem
******2, then 2 is most common---usually means one of the
fuses that protect the Convergence IC or IC’s is blown---set will detect no
voltage to convergence IC and shut down.
SET WILL REPEAT BLINK ERROR CODE UP TO 5 TIMES AND THEN TO
GET IT TO REPEAT MORE YOU HAVE TO UNPLUG SET AND TRY TO TURN ON AGAIN.
IF IT IS 2 AND THEN 2---USUALLY
CONVERGENCE CIRCUIT PROBLEM
hold the menu and input buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. the tv will blink an error code
Error Code Probable Cause
12 Normal Operation - No Error Detected
21 X-Ray Protect
22 Short Protect - likely convergence IC failure
23 Loss of Horizontal Deflection
24 Loss of Vertical Deflection
Fast Blink for 70 sec. After AC is applied = Normal - DM μPC is booting up
Fast Blink (doesn't stop) After AC is applied = TV μPC is running, but DM failed to boot up
Slow Blink Set is Off = Normal - Timer is set for Automatic Turn ON
22 is short protect usually its the convergence Ics in that model that can short out. check fuses F9A04 and F9A05 if they are open its most likely the convergence ICs that need repslacing. If you need further assistance, please reply to this same post.
your set is the V17 series so a code 22 means short protect. Which means the TV has a short circuit condition and is shutting down to prevent further damage. You can get a manual for the V17 sereis at the following link for 15.99 and they will provide free unlimited support to help you with the diagnosis and locating parts.
