hi im wesley. ok the power and audio connecters is very simple if you look at the bottom right of the motherboard you will see you can plud them and it says the name of witch is the power and witch is audio and it doesnt realy make a difference witch way you put them in just as long as they are on the right pins. the usb might be a little more tricky unless it says witch connecter is the usb 1&2 then its the same as the power led but if you dont come right i will try to get a diagram for you or draw one up but it might not be as accurate tho as i do not own a asus motherboard but i will do my best.

The front of your desktop computer is the Front Panel.

The area of contact pins on the motherboard, that the Main wires from the Front Panel go to, is the Front Panel header.

Power On switch, Power On LED, (Light Emitting Diode), Harddrive activity LED, and a Reset switch IF used.

Pulled power and led cables off and do not know where they go

If you are lucky the connectors from the front panel may have labels on each connector to indicate what each connector is for.
The motherboard front panel connector pins should also be labelled too.
If not then go to the MSI WEB site to download a motherboard diagram for your model motherboard.

In this case you need to check of the memory is good try to use another memory if you have. Remove the memory stick and try to turn in on. Is the unit beeping, reinsert the memory stick try to use the other memory slot. Clean the memory with the use of eraser. First cause of beeping is the memory problem. Hi u can easily solve this problem.
open your computer cover and and see the motherboard front panel connectors. a use of screw driver touch any two front panel connectors if any led or switch working this condition you can note this and connect successfully. one by one touch all penal connections and u will be solve ur problem thanks mukesh kumar

How to connect plugs of front panel in the main board?

the power switch connector goes vertically where it says pw on the pins at the bottom right of the board. there is a diagram in the user manual on page 23. you can download the manual fro their website.
