I had to figure this out not long ago.
First you need to pry up the piece of plastic trim that covers the speakers at the top of the keyboard.
Next romove the screws that hold in the keyboard. they will all be along the top of the keyboard.
Once that is out of the way. Remove the screws that secure the metal sheild plate and remove the plate.
You can now see the two fans. If you follow the air ducting from the fans there will be some peices of a tape like material that once pulled back will give you access to the airway to the cooling fins. This is were you will use compressed air to blow out dust build up.
It is also a good idea to clean the fan blades.
Once this done, replace the tape covers and reassemble.
I hope this helps because I couldnt find any info on this on the web.

I have a 651 Combo-L (MS-6769-010) motherboard and I would like to add in a Barracuda HDD of 160 GB and a Pentium 4 3.2Ghz processor. Any ideas if the board can take these?

The hard drive should be OK, however you did not say if it was IDE or SATA. IDE will work, SATA is not supported.

The CPU you listed is not supported. You may have a look at MSI support:

Do you mean clean inside the LCD itself?? did it get water in it??

Not a fun thing to take apart an LCD and hard to reassemble as well. If you break the circuit boards while taking it apart you have to buy a new LCD.

Here is a good example of what replacing a backlight involves including disassembly pictures:
