When I want to upgrade windows 7 home basic to ultimate it is stopped working , what can i do?
Windows 7 cannot be updated to another type of windows 7 without purchasing a new *********** for that version and then downloading updates.
Option2, reinstalling windows using an ultimate disc rather than a basic disk.
If you have a key for ultimate you would change your *********** and then manually start update service.

Vista is typically slow and needs some tweeks to accelerate performance. To do this you have to go to System properties and then advanced tab. In advanced tab under Performance, click settings and then under visual effects click adjust for best performance and reboot the machine. You will not get GUI features of Vista.

There is some offers on the internet that offer to upgrade for free, but personally I did only find the 64 bit version, and thats mean you need to have a compatible processor for 64 bit version of windows 7 and windows vista.
If you buy a computer right now in the stores they advertise that you can get windows 7 for a small sum. But it is not all the computers they sell that have this possibility to upgrade to windows 7
You can also go to e-bay(online), there they sell right now windows 7 for a good price, but it is the English version
Hope thats helps

Hi there, Do you have a backup of your vista ??
It would bee much easyer if you have such one.
Another thing do you have setup cd/DVD ??
Maybe you windows 7 have deleted your windows vista setup Partittion in your computer, if you not have the setup cd it must be in a partition in your harddirve, but maybe you have deleted it when you have installed windows 7 :O(
Take a look if you did get this DVD with your purchase
Hope that helps
IF not then return here
Have a nice day

Windows 7 is available in several different versions, each of which includes different features targeted at different types of users.
Windows 7 Home Premium is ideal for the typical computer user and her home computer. However, Home Premium does not include every feature that Windows 7 has to offer.
If you find that some tasks exist that you can't perform with Home Premium, you may want to upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate.
Microsoft includes a feature in Windows 7 Home Premium that makes upgrading a simple task.
Click "Start" at the bottom left corner of the screen, then click "All Programs."
Scroll to "Windows Anytime Upgrade" and click it.
Click "Go online to choose the edition of Windows 7 that's best for you."
Click the green "Buy" button under "Ultimate."
Type your billing and payment information into the requested fields on-screen, then follow the prompts, making sure to print out the upgrade key you receive at the end of the process.
Click "Start," then "All Programs" again and choose "Windows Anytime Upgrade."
Click "Enter an Upgrade Key" and type in your upgrade key to unlock the Windows 7 Ultimate features.
Hope this helps
