Its best you install the latest software and drivers for your Printer and usually the disk that came with the printer is out-of-date anyways.

Just select the Operating System you have from the list at that website link and it will take you to HP website for all the Printer Software and Drivers for the OfficeJet 4355

Install the driver software before connecting the printer USB cable to the computer, then connect the printer. The only action required after installing the software and connecting the printer, is authorizing system changes if asked by Windows or by your security software.

How to install officejet 4355 in windows7
First connect your officejet 4355 printer to computer's usb prot with usb cable.
Then download driver from below link if you haven't driver disk.
click here
Then install driver then you can use your printer in windows 7.

Installation
I have a HP Officejet 4315xi and I cannot install my printer with the installtion disk that I have . I always get a message that says" an error has been detected:" then it uninstalls everything it had install up to that point and that is it. I have used this installation several times. Could the disk be corrupted or is my USB cord to the computer bad ???
