the bluettooth code are 1 of the two defaults unless you changed it. Its in the manual but for your quick reference here are the defaults, 1 of the below will work
0000
1234

One of those will work, If not consult your manual for a default code or if you changed it consult your manual to reset it.
Most Bluetooth devices come with either '0000' or '1234' preset at the factory as their 'pairing' code--try those first. I'll look back in later to see if this helped you out.
I had the same problem with my samsung fascinate. I called Polaroid and they told me the phone is not supported and they could not help. I tried something different and it worked!!!! I downloaded the polaroid PoGo app in the android marketplace(free app). Print your pictures from the Gallary thru the app. It works fine. All my pics print and there is no more problem. Give it a try

Download the "Polaroid Pogo App" from the Android Marketplace. This will solve the problem of the Pogo rejecting your phone. It also has other features like different "frame shots" or printing one picture over 4 sheets. Best of all - it's free!
You need to provide the passcode 6000 as shown in the Pogo manual.
If that doesn't help, make sure Bluetooth is switched on, on the phone. Also check the compatibility list of phones - mine's not there but yours may be : http://www.polaroid.com/compatibility
go to the bluetooth utility on either your phone or your PC select the pogo printer and remove it. once you have done this. search for the printer again and use the pairing code 6-0-0-0 which will reconnect up correctly hope this helps
The PoGo can connect to a PC with Bluetooth only. Once you establish a Bluetooth connection with your PC, simply copy any JPEG file to the PoGo using Explorer. No printer driver is needed, just copy the file to the PoGo over the Bluetooth connection. If your PC doesn't have Bluetooth, you can buy a USB Bluetooth dongle for $5-$20.
You can only connect the Pogo to a PC by using a Bluetooth wireless connection. Once a bluetooth connection is established between your PC and the PoGo you can print by simply using Explorer to send a JPEG file to the PoGo via Bluetooth (no printer driver needed).
If you'd be so kind as to provide the model number?
