Sounds like you have a heater element problem. If the element is at the back then you should be able to access it by removing the back plate and unscrewing the middle nut and pulling it out, may need to pry it out as it can be tight and fit the element. If there is no back plate then you will need to remove the entire back panel, do this by first removing the lid, then remove the 2 screws at the bottom middle and 2 at the top that hold the back panel, and then it should slide out. Common codes are:
E10 or 11 water pressure faults.
E20 filter/pump faults.
E30 pressure switch/heater faults.
E40 door switch faults.
E50 motor faults.
E60 Heater faults.
These are some of the error codes but there are many variations on some codes depending on the model.Hpoe this has been some help.

you must clean the filter

had to call an enginer out, the problem was down to a faulty motor rota, to identify if e30 is this fault, rotate the drum (so the motor rotates) and try to start the m/c. if it runs ok you know to change the rota. hope this may help someone

Try holding 'end of cycle' signal till the error light goes off.

The error message "Err" usually indicates that the wash program and option are not compatible. 40 degrees and 900 rpm Spin should be o.k.. I would try another wash program with no special options and see if the problem goes away.

This error relates to the motor drive. Plug off the wall, open up behind, look for broken belt. If the belt is good its the motor brushes. Secure connections to the motor, look for loose wires.....
