Cause:

• Universal OFF key failure

Unfortunately, Induction hobs on domestic cookers have always been a problem. A single, one ring catering hob is $1,200 and is expected to last 2 years in an industrial environment.

Buzzing indicates a not so flat bottom.

Could be the safety switch of, because the logic detects an error (or defect) in the induction system.
