My phone securutiy code error - Nokia C101 Cell Phone

If the phone displays Code error then the code is wrong. i recommend you to contact the service provider of the phone to get the PUK code.

when i put the lock code (12345) in phone.than it always shows that CODE ERROR every time.

after visiting on that site you have to enter your phone's imei no. in the textbox which are given on that page
after entering your imei no. click on get master code button to get your phone's master code

after getting master code enter master code as lock code and change your code

According to Sprint, If your phone already has the most current firmware installed it will generate this error code when you try to update it. Error code 7777 simply means there is no firmware update available. So no worries, you're good.

I got the same error and message on my LG LX370 when I tried to download the latest firmware on my new phone. I called Sprint and we tried just about everything before a supervisor confirmed that that was all the error code meant.

Why Mobile said Error ???

Because you enter wrong security code,
12345 is a Nokia's Default security code ,and it can be changeable

Earlyer when i got on my phone to change my security code my phone popped up saying enter PUK code. Well shortley after i did that a message pop's up on my phone reading SIM error! What can I do to fix this problem? Same problem.
