Snapbox X-25 (2GB) MP3-MP4 Player songs are playing slow

When playing music and the name of the song is scrolling across the main screen, the quality of the music is affected; the song is dragging.
If I move to another screen while the music is playing, the quality of the song improves, however, the player usually reverts to the main screen in seconds.

How can I get the songs to stop playing so slow?

I have a Craig mp4 player and when I try to sync music onto it some of the songs say " Did not fit on device" Why?? And what can I do to change it?

This is because the songs literally cannot fit onto your player. Songs, like all files, take up a certain amount of digital space. Craig MP4 players generally are small in space, usually ranging from 1-4GBs, which will not get you far if you have a lot of songs. The only real solutions for this without buying a new MP3/MP4 player is to be more selective with the songs you put onto it. There is not a way to change the amount of songs something can hold, so you just have to put less onto it. Also, If you put videos onto it, get rid of those first because videos take up way more space than songs.

If you want more space, I would recommend a 8GB or 16GB music player, those are satisfactory for most people with a lot of songs.

Also, for now you could try downgrading the audio quality, which will reduce the file size, effectively making more songs able to fit onto your player, but I would not recommend this because it does create a noticeably worse audio quality.

My sharper image touch mp4 player has downloaded music that does not show up under the music icon, but it does show up under the files icon. I have to go into files and pick a song and it will play that...

you have to go to the music icon on the main screen. click it and then scroll down to "add to audio list" press "upward directory" the "music" pick the song you want click it, it will bring you to the name of the album. click that and it will show the song, click that. a little screen should pop up and say "sucess" it will then show up in your song list under the music section. you have to do this for every song.

How do I download music from itunes

What you need to do is see if the files you are trying to add to your player are mp4 or not. First off Itunes will only sync with Ipods. So if you have music that you have bought from Itunes store you need to find a audio converter. Here is a free one from freeware files (http://www.freewarefiles.com/Convert-MP4-to-MP3_program_47887.html). Then follow the instructions below to add them to your player:
**Drag and Drop**
Connect your MP3 player to the computer. Some MP3 players connect directly to a USB port, while others connect to a USB port by way of a specific USB connector that comes with the MP3 player. Open the folder on the computer that contains the music files you want to transfer. This is usually the "My Music" folder; available from the "Start" menu, but it can be any folder where you save your music files. Scroll down to the song you want to transfer to the MP3 player. Right-click on the title. When the options are displayed, click on "Send To." Scroll down the "Send To" options and select your MP3 player. This can be listed as your MP3 player's name or as "Removable Drive." Click on this selection. Continue this process until you have transferred all songs that you want to your MP3 player.
--**Windows Media Player**--
If you have a large playlist to transfer, you may prefer to do it from your media player, such as Windows Media Player. Once your MP3 player is connected to the computer, open Windows Media Player. Click on the "Sync Music" tab. Drag songs that you want from your Windows Media Library over to the "Sync Music" column to create a playlist. Click the "Begin Sync" tab at the bottom once you have all of the songs on your playlist. This action will sync all of the songs to your MP3 player with one click. Disconnect your device once songs have been transferred by clicking on the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon in the bottom-right side of the desktop tray.

Rizone 32gb. Only charging to 3 bars instead of 4 and this takes hours and hours. Can't find shuffle setting and can't drag and drop music. On screen it shows as gone in but when i check player music has...

To charge your player, with the player on OFF, connect it to a computer or other charging device. Then, after everyting is connected, then turn your player to ON. (For some reason, my player doesn't charge if it is already ON while being connected to the computer or other device.) It will charge.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is the solution that I use for the music. Connect you player to the computer. Turn it ON after being connected. Go to FILE NAVIGATIONN. Copy your music there. (not in any forler, but as a separate entry in FILE NAVIGATION) Next, disconnect your player from the computer. (Use the SAFELY REMOVE HARDWARE feature for this.)

On the player, there is a PLAY button (NOT THE ONE MARKED "M", BUT THE ONE WITH THE RIGHT FACING ARROW WITH THE TWO BARS) next to the volumn button. After going into the FILE NAVIGATION menue, scroll down to the song(s) and/or music you want to move. Click the song using PLAY. You will see three options: MOVE, COPY, and DELETE. Scroll down to the MOVE option. In the main menue of FILE NAVIGATION, scroll down to MUSIC. Now click the "M" button (the one next to the button with two arrows and one bar). A screen will come up that says that the file is being moved. The song will now be in the MUSIC folder.

You could use the COPY or DELETE features for their respected funtions if you want to when these functions appear.

This is as complete as I can make it.

I copy songs into my mp3 audio player

check the type of file format, it will say .wma, mp3, mp4, avi, some players can only play .wma, or .mp3 i pods use mp4, or something, if not an ipod than convert the music to .mp3 or .wma and re load into the mp3 player. are you using a sansa? in the picture above, if so then you can just click the mouse on the the song hold it and drag and drop the song into the player folder. here try this hook your player to your pc, open up my computer, select the drive that idetifies your player, double click, find a file that says audio or music open it that is the directory folder for the music to play from in your player, now keep that open, and open up the folder where you have stored the music in you pc and select whatever song you want, click and hold the mouse button on the song drag the song over to the player folder and let go of the mouse button within seconds it should appear, but like I said before make sure .wma or .mp3 is at the end of the song title, like this
All along the watchtower.wma or Sweet emotion.mp3 , it also helps to adjust the windows smaller to fit them both on the screen that way you can just drag and drop faster. I hope thiis helps.
