The code is for a defective cyan motor. So its either the cyan toner motor or a lump of toner inside the cyan toner container.

you are overcomplicating it... all you need is a compact flash card big enough for the firmware... then you upload the firmware to the card and stick the card into the printer... but first power down printer and plug it out and then turn it on and follow the display... it will prompt you

here is the steps...

you will see ready
then press menu... arrow down to memory card
press forward arrow
you will see format
press enter
you will see processing
when its finished
you will see ready...
turn off machine... unplug it...
pull out compact flash
plug machine in
turn it on...

the **** for the compac flash is on the right hand side at the bottom by the ventillation opening...

I have a Kyocera FS-C5030N, the alignment has gotten off on it, i can't print business cards they are way off now, and about every 10-15 pages i print the alignment is way off, it moves everything up, what...

check the paper size settings.if you are using custom paper sizes, you have to specify the sizes on the printer, otherwise it will think that it has a standard paper size
