Samsung Ch@t 335: when I set an alarm, it won't ring when it's supposed to. For example: yesterday I set the alarm to ring today at 05.45 am. On 06.05 am the alarm was not yet ringing (however I had my sound profile set to Normal, ringtone volume 6). The alarm menu still says the alarm is set (however I selected one time only, so it should show "not set".). Also, when I turn all my alarms off, the alarm clock icon keeps showing in the top of the main window.
Make sure you have correctly set your time and date of your phone. By "correctly", I mean double check that "AM/PM" thing.

hi mate i had that same problem with my prada and thought what a load of **** . but the way i got around it is by turning the prada off take the batery cover off and take the battry out and then i put it back in power back on set my alarm and it worked!! and has ever since. hope that works for ya!

what you can do is go to ringtone settings and assign a specific tone to it....and then test it

I would try this if you think it is a software problem, I found this in the K1m users manual.
master clear
Reset all options except unlock code,
security code, and lifetime timer, and clear
all user settings and entries:
Warning: This option erases all userentered
information stored in your phone
memory, including phonebook entries and
downloaded files. Once you erase the
information, it cannot be recovered. It
resets all options to their factory settings
except for the unlock code, security code,
and lifetime timer.
Find it: s > w Settings > Initial Setup
> Master Clear
To reset all options, you need to enter the
Security Code (000000).
this should fix you problem, I do this to my Nokia N95-2 often to keep it running sweet.
