I have a viper 791 XV in a 99 dodge intrepid and the alarm has locked the car down and it will not start or unlock with the remotes....It is unreal i looked for the valet button and the guy i baught the car from must not have had one installed so what do i do.....
Let's hopethat the installer actually put in the valet switch for the Viper! Lcate the valet switch. ALWAYS put mine down by the e-brake lever under dash. (I assume that the alarm is going off? If not, go to next step.
Find the alarm/start brain under dash. Unplug main 6 pin 12 gauge wire harness. Wait 5 minutes, then re-appy the power plug. Alarm "may" go off, then try again.
Hit me back if you need further assstance. TTYL
