you prob have bad alt. brushes. on the back of the alt. there is a small access panel where the brushes are located. they wear out over time and need to be replaced every yr or so
ensure all wiring connections are tight . go through your manual and verify all settings for your machine. make sure the console is programed for the stepmill and not another machine as this console is used on many other types of machines .check the console keys by entering the appropriate code from the manual to ensure a key is not "stuck" and all are ok. if still an issue then check your alternator by entering the appropriate code into your console from the manual
hi just check the speed of unit if she goes faster than when she was on level 17-or 19 it is ok if not calibrate the tension but i think it is always feels like this let me know
