this is the problem usually caused by virus and sometimes it might be software failure also, which causes some of the menu not tofunction,the only solution is to flash ur phone software from the nearest sony service centre,it also updates your mobile software which increases the mobile speed....

hello its a easy one to rectify you just do one thing you just connect your pc with data cable and then there will be a folder named OTHER you may copy the needed software and paste it on OTHER then go to OTHER in mobile and then you can understand or else you may call me o n this following no 09995859742
