remove the back of dryer and remove the heating element from the heater box,check to see if the wires in the box are touching the heater box walls any where,this would make the element stay on all the time,also check the high temp thermostat on the left side bottom,this is the on off thermo for the heating element-mike
How long do you leave the pilot on before you turn on heat. The thermal pile will take 3-5 minutes to heat up before it will send a signal to gas valve. If thermal pile doesn't send signal then gas valve closes. You might need a new thermal pile.
You need a blower motor resistor,and the heater blower motor should be checked for high amp draw. check Napa for the part or go to Dodge..prpbably about 60.00 dollars.
