The control bord may be bad or the receptical where the probe connects may be bad and grounding out agenst the body of the oven. I would remove the plug and make sure the wires are good and its not grounding out. If it checks out ok replacement of the control bord should solve the problem

That is a bake range over tempature error. First try disconnecting the power to the range for more than 10 minutes and see if the error re-appears. If it does then you will need to test the tempature probe with an ohm meter. At room tempature the probe should test 1000 to 1100 ohms. If you get a reading that is out of range or different ohms than rated replace the probe. If the probe tests good then replace the control.
You might want to try and use a q-tip and some rubbing alchohol and try to clean the inside of the probe connector in the oven. Some liquids or something might be in it causing the control board to think the probe is connected. Make sure to do this procedure with the range unplugged. Then wait about 20 minutes before plugging the range back in. Hopefully that will stop the issue. If not could be a control board problem.
I had the same problem. I resolved it yesterday. Detailed instructions can be found if you access my inquiry under the user name bhmlton. If you can't find them, then let me know and I'll get them to you another way.
there is no real way to reset it you reset it when you turned the breaker off, It sounds like the EOC (electronic oven control) is faulty. I would just keep reset it and keep doing that to bake the turkey how hot will it get before it buzzes? is it showing any error codes?? F1, F2, F3 etc.....
