On these models, the oven must be pulled from the wall mount, then the outer cover must be removed. This is apparently to limit the manufacturer's liability. Removing the microwave from the wall is really a two-person job, since it is heavy and awkward. You don't want it to fall or slip, and the edges can be sharp. It helps a lot if you saved the original installation instructions. Once the oven is out of the wall, you can then access the lamp socket. These bulbs are special halogen types that must not be touched by bare hands, since skin oils will shorten their life. Mmmm it's so easy,
First disconect the power, take the cover off, moslitly there would be 5 screws and two tab's on the top.
inside on the right hand side the magnetron it's a sylver box measuring about 4 in x 4 in x 5 in. It will have a plasic cover moslitly that would have to be remove first then on the magnetron there is 4 crews and one connector.
It should fall downard after.
If you have a power supply after the secondary , that may also be your problem.
Regards
Bob

The light bulb assembly (bulb and socket are all one piece) is part number WB36X951.
It is located on the air duct assembly where the door switches are mounted.
You can see an exploded view diagram here.
You'll need to remove the outer cover (wrapper) to get to the bulb assembly.
Always unplug a
microwave before removing or installing any bulbs.
See these links before proceeding:

The
screws you need to remove should be pretty obvious, but a special
driver (such as a T20H type or GTXH20-100) may be needed.
Be sure to put all the
screws back in the right holes, since some may be special grounding
screws.
If you're not able to find the bulb assembly at your local appliance parts store, you can order one here.

If the top of it butts aginst your cabinets you will have to take the bolts from the inside of your cabinets around the front area that that are holding it up out (use 2 people) once they are out it "should" still hang there, next step slowly lift it an inch or so (then you will be no longer on the back suppot) again use 2 people, then you can pull straight out. hope this is what you are looking for.
