The motor runs but very noisy, could be a fault that occurred when the motor hit a piece of pier when sudden wind blew when trying to dock
Is the prop shaft bent you may have busted a magnet in the motor dragging now

To start with, here's a schematic:
RT55 Hand Control
Sounds like key# 87 broke....seen it before.
To replace it, remove top cover, then remove the handle portion by removing the 5 screws underneath. There are a few peices in there, so keep close watch. Also be careful of the fine ribbon wire attaching the handle to the control board...it's pretty fragile.
