The model indicated is a older rear projection set.

If you go to a program that is black and white and turn the color off the screen should be something close to black and white.

There is a way to adjust the red screen down but it takes two people.

STKs in your set should be on same board that has tuners on it board you connect cable too.If different model they will be on board to very right end STK ICs are big black chips Two of them together.will have part number on them.

Number is on your STKs in TV Two big black ICs STK392-110s 150s, use 180s For Parts Electronix 1-800-223-3205 As for sound replace microboard has #P on it.

What is the purpose for resetting the tv?
