I have lost my users manual and am trying to find one on the internet. I need help! My speakers wont work and when i hit the sonud button to turn them up or down the ones that dont work have an x by them instead of an arrow. And if you listen to the speakers it sounds like and ocean or something. Please help!

Durabrand SA-SP9 home theater system. Where can I get a user manual for it please?

Question edited for clarity.

Durabrand is a bargain basement brand as an own label electronics supplier for Walmart and Asda in the UK. They are made in Turkey and China and there is little to no support. This is the closest manual I can find.
