Try to refresh the Print Queue. Go to System preferences then select Print and Fax. Highlight NX100 and click on the minus sign ( - ) to delete the printer. Re-add the printer by clicking on the plus sign ( + ).

use the driver update feature in ubuntu to install and update your device drivers
you need access to the internet to do this

Go to system > Admin > Restricted Driver Manager.
Enter your Admin password.

Two things might happen now either ubuntu will download the drivers it needs or it will provide you with a list of the drivers on your computer allowing you to choose one.
