Hi, this is the problem of your audio driver, You download audio driver for that model for SP-2.
after that you can install it.

First tell us what operating system you are using, with version.
Then tell us where you got sp33867 and sp36408?
Did this come from HP and was it for your motherboard?
The sp makes it sound like it came from Microsoft, which I would expect to not work. Although you usually have an optimized audio driver and a legacy one as well.

plz try by uninstalling the sound driver and uaa bus driver from the the control panel, then you install the sound driver from the motherboard cd.if the problem is not solved plz feel free to post again

change it to xp service pack3
and still problem continues it is due to the audio port connection
device not being recognized plz repair it using your warranty.....

please download the audio driver sp28481.exe and SP28482. it will resolve your problem.
