It is emitting papper without printing any thing

The problem is not only the character set but the writing direction. Arabic pronts from right to left. So you should check your User's manual, what to do about. If you don't have it download from

The problem might be is the typewriter is differet design, specific for arabic. I Actually could't find a mode to change the printing direction.

What is the question? Shouldn't you load use.package_name as is done in Java?

first check your toner cartridge. some time your toner cartridge is damage then black print out is coming.
then check your machine printer and faxes ,check print pages status.sometime their have early print outs.

looks like its running on IBM PC DOS. code page 708 - arabic. https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc195061.aspx however if you are using windows, then you may need an arabic windows, just adding an arabic languge file wont help. IBM PC Dos doesnt have an arabic option. you can download the ibm surepos 100 4613 technical reference manual which is what i did for you. but it no help in that arabic is not an option. research using arabic with DOS. because your keyboard is basically a PC one working in DOS.

Ensure that the font is installed on your computer. It may also be possible that the printer does not recognize arabic characters. You may want to check with the manufacturer as well.

First cheak that paper was cuts wrincled from any side from top or bottom, after pulling if yes cheak that the
small part of papper jam in to the papper path or sensor earia
or papper feed out sensor actuater arm jam by pulling the papper by you after cheaking those things you will able to solve the problem you are facing,
