I just had same problem and went conairphone site and found model sw322 that looked about the same. I downloaded the manuel and it worked for my phone. Here it is. MEMORY FEATURE To Program Your CONAIRPHONETM telephone is equipped with 10 memories for programming your most frequently dialed telephone numbers. You can store up to 16 digits in each of the numeric keys (0 through 9), by following the steps outlined below: 1. Lift handset (releasing hook switch). 2. Press and release STORE key. 3. Press the keys for the telephone number you wish to store. 4. Press and release the STORE key again. 5. Press the keypad number (0-9) you want that telephone number stored in. 6. Your number is now stored. 7. To change a stored number, repeat the same process. The new number will store over the old stored number. A Memory Index card is provided for your use in writing down the person?s name. To Retrieve Memory Numbers Keypad Memories: To retrieve numbers stored in the keypad, pick up the handset and press the MEM (Memory) key. Then press the keypad number (0-9) which stores the telephone number you want to dial. Your call will be automatically dialed.

How to replace different numbers in the memory. Conair 13 memory speakerphone.

1) Press "STORE"

2) Dial the number you wish to save in a memory location.

3) Press either the "Priority Memory" keys (M1, M2, M3) or a keypad
number (0 through 9) to save the dialed number in that location.

To dial a stored number, if it's a "Priority Memory" number, just

Storing numbers in memory

Call conairphone, they will tell you over the phone how to sotre numbers. You can find their number by doing an online search. If you have an old model phone follow these steps. You have to make sure your batteries are working. Leave phone in cradle - press and release store button - dial the number - press and release store button again - press the button you want your number stored.

Address book disappeared

I could not find the exact manual for your phone, but this one looks close and has instructions for programming the memory: http://www.conairphone.com/IBs/caller_id/cid200.pdf It says: BASIC MEMORY PROGRAMMING The CID200 comes with 10-memory dialing. NOTE: Your local phone company restricts the time you can have the handset off the base (off-hook). YOU SHOULD PROGRAM THE CID200 MEMORY WITH THE LINE CORD UNPLUGGED FROM THE WALL, IF YOU ARE GOING TO PROGRAM MORE THAN ONE PHONE NUMBER. Press [STORE] to enter memory store. Press the keypad to enter the number that you want to program. Press [STORE]. The ?MEM? will be displayed on the right corner of LCD. Press the memory location (0 to 9) on the keypad. The LCD will then return to the ?Answer-Ready? mode, and display the total call counter, new call counter, current time and date. Copy from the Caller ID to Telephone Memory Press [Up Arrow] or [Down Arrow] until the Caller ID memory location to be copied appears on the LCD. Press [STORE] twice to enter memory store. The ?MEM? will be displayed on the right corner. Press the memory location (0 to 9) on the keypad. The LCD will then return to the ?Answer-Ready? mode, and display the total call counter, new call counter, current time and date. If no key is pressed within 20 seconds, the LCD will return to ?Answer-Ready? mode. Repeat the above steps to store a different number in the same speed dial location, or to store a new number in a different speed dial location. NOTES: ? Pressing [PAUSE] will place a 4-second PAUSE into the number. Which may be required for accessing special phone services. ? You can store a number with up to 16 digits maximum. Only the last 14 digits will be displayed.
