Where is the plug on the freemotion 310r bicycle

The bottom front portion of the bike should be where the power insert is located. If you have further issues, please reference the bike manual diagram or you can call the manufacturer at 1 800-201-2109.

There is a support option at the website to help you determine if the motor needs to be replaced.

If one of the buttons is stuck, none of the buttons will work.
Try using a hair dryer to free the stuck button. the heat (use low) will cause the button to expand and might free the button.

it is pressure fit. most bicycle shops have a tool .it threads in the hole then u turn handle to remove. you could also use a gear puller

I have freemotion treadmill t12 ,and it says on the screen 0x00 and 0x23 ,anyone knows what are those errors?thanks in advance

Run the software calibration for diagnostic, troubleshooting and fix it.

However adjust the REED SWITHC, see the diagram, clean it, and tigh the plug very well.
