You could try very patiently with a screwdriver to remove the stroller cover (the chair part) as well, but you have to be very patient with the strap/belt. Then once it is completely removed, you could wash it at a very low temperature in the washing machine and dry it in the open air.

I have a second hand Safety First Quicksmart Stroller without a manual. There are 6 steps to unfold the stroller but I can't get past step 2, it's the part that allows the wheels to swivel around to face the right direction. I can't see a visible button or leaver. Any help will be gratefulyl received.
