Require tv code to use remote

I have a samsung 37inch flat screen tv, model LE37A456C2D the model code is LE37A456C2DXXU. I want to use my V+ remote to adjust the volume, to do this i need the make and code please.

For the V+ remote control (Virgin Media have a picture of it here - http://www.virginmedia.com/images/types7-8n.jpg ) - the code is 0079.

To enter the code, hold down Volume+ and Mute on the V+ remote until it flashes red twice, then enter the code.

It really depends which version of Sky remote you have. You can check this by looking inside the battery compartment. If you have a sticker with RC1600/00 then it probably wont work your TV. If it says Rev 4, or Rev 6, it might work with this code: 0646

If you have a Rev 8, then try these 3 codes: 1340, 0840 or 0646

Sky's information is a little bit contradictory regarding your particular model of TV, so I don't guarantee success. However, 0840 and 0646 seem to be generic Samsung codes, so I think these would probably control the power and volume functions on you TV if nothing else.

Find the D menu button on your remote and go to channel sort rescan using auto retune.

I succeeded is using the DirectTV remote control for the Emerson 42" plasma TV, by using a Samsung code. On my TV, was 10060. If this one does not work, there are a bunch of others that might work. Good luck
