My printer is skipping half the sentence every four lines, so I can see the top half or bottom half of the words. It is fine printing photographs and .jpeg and adobe etc, but any sort of word .doc or .wps just wont work right. I have tried reinstalling the drivers, and even swapped it for a new printer store, but still the same issue. Any advice?
This sounds like your word program and not your printer. The information from your word program is not being sent from the DLL correctly. Try a different word program or try reinstalling word.

Hello sir; I believe it's time to clean print head and ink cell, power on the machine open the cover ( as you replace cartridge) , when carriage move to the center , then UNPLUG the power cord. then you may move carriage freely by hand all the way to left, noe you can clean up ink cell easily.
