Hi, if you dont see EDGE in caps then you cannot use blackberry services, Please do a Manual scan and please follow the given step below to do manual scan
1) Go to home screen and pree Menu key
2) Go tp Options
3) Select Mobile Netwrok
4) If Netwrok Selection Mode is Automatic then
5) Using scrol ball select the Automatic press Enter or pree Menu key
6) If you press Menu key select Change option or
7) If you press Enter then select Manual
In any case it will starts scanning the Network
And then you will see list of service providers, Please select the one which you are using, like Aircel, Vodaphone etc
8) Then click Ok
and then come to Home screen and please do Hard Reboot.

1. From the BlackBerry smartphone home screen, select the Options icon. 2. Select Bluetooth. 3. Highlight the Bluetooth paired device in the list that is experiencing this issue and press the Menu key. 4. Select Device Properties. 5. Set Trusted to Yes.

Pull the battery out, wait 60 seconds and put it back in.

you have a stuck key you need to find which one and you need to blow the key pad off with compressed air to disloge the object that is sticking the key.

go to your menu and then to media then to music hit the menu button select recieve using bluetooth then have pc connect to blackberry

My Blackberry does the exact same thing. The trackball will scroll around, and it will select what I wish for it to select but it won't actually "click" or move into the phone.
The phone itself has a built in mechanism underneath, near the trackball and is very fragile and if it is broken, the pushing in or "click" will not occur anymore.
Unfortunately this mechanism is not replaceable without taking apart the phone itself. You can contact your service provider for a replacement, but I, and many others, are just living with the problem.
