I am unable to set time in watch Nako NA-823A

NAKO NA-823A Instructions
Turn Alarm on or off:
-Press the S and D buttons simultaneously.
Display Date:
-Press the D button.
Set time and date:
-Press the M button to switch modes in this sequence: stop watch>set alarm>set time>time.
-The S button will allow you to select seconds, minutes then hour, then day, month and weekday.
-Use the D button to clear seconds to zero, or move minutes and hours and date up by a single increment.
-Press and hold D for two seconds to move minutes and hours rapidly.
-Press and hold D while pressing and holding S moves through AM/PM and 24 hour (H) modes.
Use stopwatch:
-Press the M button until you arrive at the stopwatch.
-Press D to start and stop
-Press S to clear.
Display alarm time:
-Press the S button while time is displayed.
