Castleville wont load blank screen on any browser, i uninstalled reinstalled everything updated

Here there is a solution
1 - out of account
2 - Clean all device
3 - Scan Anti Virus
4 - promising device driver
5 - open a new browser site

1. Update java from java.com
2. Try using another internet browser such as google.com/chrome
3. Disable/Uninstall Anti-virus application
4. Scan for malware

Try to reinstall drivers. Reinstall the Simplepass software.

Try using Internet Explorer. If that works, uninstall and then reinstall Firefox. If it doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall Adobe Flash.

never buy gateway again i have the same problem, so tell all people you know dont buy gateway and they will fail.

Make sure you have the latest version of Java from http://www.java.com

Also try using a different web browser, Firefox and IE are good ones to try.

SEE the solution to your problem can be basic first uninstall the browser first remove all the files the exist after uninstallation andthen then install the browser again never reinstall a software as the problem does not solve 90% of the times.
if the problem exist u can download a portable version of chrome and use it..
and if now also u r not satisfied use firefox trust me it will work for u........

Go to safe mode with f8 as os starts. Restore os to an earlier date when everything was functional. Use system restore (start - all programs - accessories -system tools - system restore). Flush browser plugins. (uninstall java, ar, flash etc..) Run virus/spyware/malware scan. Clean infections if found. Update os and browser. Delete unknown browser helper objects. Update plugins and addons. Remove old toolbars and install new.

Try booting into "safe mode" by starting your computer, and pressing "f8" just prior to the Windows screen popping up. If this error happened just after a update or install, you may be able to use "system restore" in the "help and support" section (accessed at the start button) to revert your system back to before the update or install happened. If not, you should be able to uninstall the program or update from the "add or uninstall programs" wizard in control panel.

Try to uninstall and reinstall thru your Device Manager

START>Right click on MY COMPUTER>Hardware>Device Manager,
Find the device with the yellow question mark>right click UNINSTALL,
Shut down,Restart,should auto reinstall itself>Next device

Download and install,dont forget windows updates too,SP2,Very Important....

If your have had your system loaded for a while and then lost functionality,
It could be a number of things,
Updates,New Software conflicts,Viruss's.....etc
Try uninstall and reinstall first.
