SOURCE: Mitsubishi TV Model #ws65869 Blinking Green light

Sorry for the late reply I just got up.

From what I understand of your problem it is most likely a blown capacitor or main IC. Unless I can open up the unit and test the IC's and capacitors I can not be really sure which is why I hardly answer questions about TV''s as they are hard to troubleshoot without the unit in front of you. Ive found a site that can help you via a service manual since I could not find the exact service manual for you from my manual book. The site also has the parts that you will need if ever im right and it is the capacitor or IC. As for the IC's by experience is hard to test without an Oscope but you can do it by gradually eliminating the problem, again you will have to refer to the service manual regarding that. By the way the capacitors I mean is the one that goes to the main module as that is what powers the controls for the TV. the green light is just the "pilot light" which means you have power to the TV but the power is not going past the capacitors to the main controls or the main IC. So simply put the problem can be the capacitors (Which is what you check first) if they are ok then look at the IC via using a service manual. You can use a multitester for the capacitor first if they are dead then just change them and you should be ok. Let me know what happens or updates ill reply to them as well.

SOURCE: green light continues to blink. TV does not power

Howdy,
Try these ;
1. LED does not stop blinking after plug in. Verify the standby supplies, 12-volts at connector KA pin 17, 6-volts at KA pin 18 and the 28-volts at KA pin 19, if the supplies are present suspect the DM PCB part # 934C067001.

2. LED does not stop blinking after plug in. Check C9B01, C9B02, C9B10, and C9B11 (1000 UFD 16) on the DM PCB, if they are bad replace them with part # 181P734030 (680 UFD 16 V).

The board is on the left hand side of TV from the back. It is standing up, in a silver box.

Good Luck, BIG IRISH.

SOURCE: Mitsubishi DLP, green blinking timer light, tv won't come on,

This Chassis has been known for a slew of Capacitors failing throughout many of the Circuit Boards. The best way in my opinion to fix the set is to send the Chassis Assy to Mitsubishi for them to rebuild it. Some folks have has some success in replacing the bad Capacitors in the Power Supply, the DM Board, and the Format Board to get the set to turn on. These Capacitors are identifiable because the tops of them are bulging up.
It is a difficult set to work on and disassemble, this is Mitsubishi's Customer Service Number in case you need assistance. 1800-332-2119
I hope this helps,

SOURCE: can't get power to TV. The green light continues

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. The green LED on the front panel of the TV that normally blinks when turned on after a power failure or when unplugged: the green light is supposed to flash for about 1 minute while both microprocessors boot up: If it won't stop blinking it means that they aren't communicating with each other. This issue is due to 1000uF/16 volt power supply capacitors in the "DM module" (one of the two onboard microprocessors). These capacitors are apparently small as compared to load they get & due to this they will eventually fail (usually after about 3 years). Or else they fail when there are voltage fluctuations in the circuit above 16 volts. It is recommended to install either 1000uF/25 volt or 1000uF/35 volt capacitors as replacements, so that they will be more than ample to handle any voltage spikes that will occur. To do the repair you’ll need to take the back off the TV apart in order to remove the faulty DM module and need to desolder the old capacitors on DM board and install. Also check the grounding straps which are essential to the proper functioning of the DM module. All this is only recommended to be done by someone who has electrical expertise and know how to solder/re-solder components else contact a qualified repair tech and let them know what the exact issue is with your TV. Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

Thanks

2006 mitsubishi tv WD 62627. Tv wont come on i hear a click when I hit the power button. Blinks green on timer for about 60 sec then goes to solid yellow light on status. Error code 46.blew fan out.

Those blinks are fault indications. From the number of blinks occur at one time switch on, you can get an idea about the fault circuit section inside it. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ Visit the site linked here to know more details about the blinking codes.

Inspect the lamp first to see if shattered--set has a self check feature also:

Mitsubishi TVtroubleshooting
Here's something that might also be useful. After you turn on the set, and getthe regular red blinky lights, hold down the Device and Menu buttons togetherfor about 5 seconds.
The Power light will start to flash in a two digit sequence.
For example, 3 flashes, then 7 flashes = 37.
Here are the error codes, and the corresponding problem:
12 = No error detected, check power supply.
32 = Lamp Cover is open.
33 = Air filtercover is open.
34 = Lamp abnormality
36 = Light Engine (DMD or Lamp Fan stopped)
37 = Exhaust or Lamp Ballast Fan stopped
38 = Lamp Temperature High
39 = DMD Temperature High
41 = Short is detected
44 = DVI cablebetween FMT and Engine disconnected

These are the instructions which worked for me on my Canon pixma mp470:

1) Close the print head cover, and turn off the printer. While pressing the Resume/Cancel button, press the Power button. (Do not release the buttons. The LED lights in green to indicate that a function is selectable.)

2) While holding the Power button, release the Resume/Cancel button. (Do not release the Power button.)

3) While holding the Power button, press the Resume/Cancel button three times, and then release the Power and Resume/Cancel buttons. (Each time the Resume/Cancel button is pressed, the LED lights alternately in either orange or green, starting with orange.) During initialization, the LED blinks in green.

4) When the LED stops blinking and lights in green, press the Resume/Cancel button the 4 times. (Each time the Resume/Cancel button is pressed, the LED lights alternately in either orange or green, starting with orange.)

5) Press the Power button. The LED lights in green, and the

My printer is CANON IP 2700 when i try to print Error 5100 appears in the screen and the printer blinks orange ligth

1. hold RESUME then press & hold POWER
2. release RESUME, then press it twice, the light should go amber then green again.
3. you're now in service mode (you can release POWER now)

I think waste tank reset is 4 presses of the RESUME button. To confirm, press POWER once.

I have the WD 62627 model. the lamp light is on, when i power up the tv, it comes on for like 6 to 10 secs then it turns off. Does this mean I need a new Lamp?

I would say that it probably is a bad capacitor on the power supply board of the tv. What you want to look for is any round cylinders with the tops pushed up at all. The replacements are usually really cheap, it might also be the lamp, but usually when lamps go they go completely while a bad capacitor is known to cause intermittent problems that escalate into a tv only working for about 5-10 seconds.
