The timer is bad. The timer is a PC Board (Printed Circite) that operates the clock and oven. The stove top eyes are operated by their on switches and have nothing to do with the oven or pc board. Some of them are expensive but not difficult to replace.

If it's a Whirlpool or Kenmore oven (or one of several other brands that are made by Whirlpool) then this error code means:
F1 - E1 Safety flip flop Replace Electronic Range Control/Clock (ERC)
The system believes that the control board has failed and needs to be replaced.
This page has a list of diagnostic codes by brand and model number. You should check there to look up your particular brand to confirm what I just said.
PF = Power Failure. Sounds like you have a bad electrical connection. With your breaker off, check that the connections from the cord to the range are all good and tight. Next, check the receptacle where the cord plugs in. Remove the cover and check the connections there as well. Examine the power cord also. There could even be a poor connection at the breaker box (at the circuit breaker or the neutral buss bar) but not as likely, as your problem appeared when you moved your range.
you have an electric problem that it can be from lightening or replace the clock. so u must be sure that gas valve working mostly it must be 24 volt . if u haven't electricity on gas valve check the high limit switch if there is a combination u must change valve
if the timer is on hit cancel or reset then hit clock and then use up and down arrows to set them also locate the serial plate and give me the mod num will be a buch of num like 106.48062890 around the bottom drawer on the body of the range or around the oven door if the eoc or clock isnt lit go turn the breaker off for 5sec and let me know
to jenna 12 Does your stove have a stop and start timer? When you set your clock you may have inadvertantly moved the stop or start time on that timer. Check them, if they have knobs for setting the stop and start time, make sure the pointer is pointing to the current time and that the knob is popped out and not stuck in. when you have it right both the stop and the start knob should be out, not pushed in. They will pop out when you turn them to the current time.
These timers allow you to start something cookin at a time delayed several hours. this means they will not allow the oven to come on until it hits that time that you may have set in error.
If your stove has a digital stop and start timer check each one so that both show the current time, then your oven should light.
