If the 'squeak' is from a car that is standing still open the hood and listen closely. A short hose; siphon hose, garden hose (about 2-3ft. long). Put one end up to your ear and move the other end close to engine. Be careful not to get caught in any moving parts; body parts, clothing, the listening hose you are using. Always be aware of where your body parts are in engine area & well lighted (avoid moving belts & beware of radiator fan starting automatically). You can pin point a squeak accurately...just as a doctor can listen to your lungs and heart with his listening device that works pretty much the same way. This technique works great for finding 'vacuum leaks' or internal mechanical problems; loose valves & which one may need to be adjusted...etc. You don't need to go deaf to all that noise...if it's to loud hold the hose further away from ear where it's comfortable for you to listen.

You power supply is probably defective

If I understand you correctly, you're listening to a DVD-A (high resolution audio) through the 5.1 analog inputs.

OTOH, if you're listening to a DTS soundtrack via a digital connection it will produce loud hash noise if played via analog means. You may have digital audio, stereo analog and 5.1 audio cables running from your DVD player to the receiver (I do). Look to see if the digital feed is dropping out. Three should be a light in the receiver to indicate 'digital'. The unit couldc be defaulting to analog stereo in the absence of a good digital bitstream.

Then you might want to look at the DVD player to make sure it isn't malfunctioning.

In this world of ripped portable music and earbuds it's nice to hear someone else appreciates high fidelity on DVD-A. Too bad the retail market for them and SACD died. I found dozens of them on eBay so at least I have a lot to listen to.

WHEN you are in conference ..
go to options(that is press left soft key)..dont worry the call will be continued..
then,it displays a list of options,press down until you see mute,click mute and the calls will be muted...

sounds as if you will need your vendor to program your phone and others that need be to have Handsfree/mute capabilities.. i assume since you can not mute then you can not place your phone on Handsfree either.

sounds strange, it lookslike a main board problem, considering that u have been using similar unit before.there is not much that u can do from the menu options.u will have to refer ur vendor for rpairs
