Need replacement steam wand sleeve

Starbucks Saeco Sirena Espresso Machine. On the steam wand there is a removable sleeve at the end. Inside the tip of the sleeve is a black plastic "nozzle" for lack of a better term. That nozzle has broken. I need a replacement nozzle or the whole sleeve.

Ugh. Me too. I was hoping to find an answer here as well. Of course this happened about a week *after* the warranty ended!

I have th same problem...the rubber sleeve also slips down the wand because it has worn out. I found that stuffing tooth picks between the plastic tip and rubber sleeve helps a lot. However the whole tip is problematic because it shoots out weak steam when its on, but when i take it off and reveal the bear metal steam wand it works great, but not good enough for latte art.

Sirena Espresso Machine powers on but will not heat up and water not priming

After weeks of trial and error, I have found the solution, to prime the Starbucks Sirena Saeco Espresso Machine (woohoo!!!!!!!!!! ). You do not need to disassemble this machine, it will not heat unless it is prim WARNING: machine must be STONE COLD before attempting this! 1. Get a large syringe (Without a needle of course, I used a 60ml one I bought at a pharmacy for $3.) 2. Fill the water tank full 3. Pull off chrome tip on the steam wand to expose the black plastic jet where steam comes out. 4. Place the tip of the syringe onto the tip of the black plastic steam jet on the machine. 5. Push the power button ON. 6. Turn the steam knob clockwise all the way until the pump starts. 7. Press the syringe onto the jet firmly to seal the connection, and simultaneously draw the plunger out. 8. Quickly, release the seal and eject the air in the syringe out (into open air not into the machine) 9. Repeat steps 7&8 until water draws into the syringe. 10. Go make yourself a cup of coffee and celebrate that you overcame the flaw in this machines design that renders most of them to the rubbish heap.

Why won't my starbucks serina froth milk. Just stopped doing this all of a sudden. I descaled, the little hole in wand isn't blocked. The milk heats but no froth.

This problem developed on my Sirena machine about a week ago. Stopped frothing milk, but still produced lots of steam. In fact, it was splattering milk everywhere, just not producing foam. Cleaned the steam wand (including air intake) and descaled the machine (even though its only 3 months old) to no avail. Called Saeco customer support (1-800-933-7876) and the very helpful rep immediately identified the problem. Inside the Panarello steam wand is a removable plastic tube. The tip of this tube should protrude about 1/8" beyond the end of the steam wand. Mine was not. Using the eraser end of a pencil, I pushed the inner tube downward into position and, voila, I now have froth again.

A peice(oring maybe) fell out of the steamwand while I was taking it apart. now the attachment will not stay on the wand it just falls off, can I get a new one?

Hi
There should be 2 removable pieces between the cap and the main body. There should be a plastic compression sleeve, and a rubber sleeve. They should look similar except one is hard and the other is soft. The best way to clean the steam tip is to loosen the cap and pull the bottom of, leaving the other pieces on the wand.

Starbucks sirena lights won't turn on

Just had this happen. Finally I let water run through the steam wand (thought it had to heat up first). Water ran through (until blue light stopped blinking) and now the other lights are blinking...we will see if it works now.

I need a replacement steam wand sleeve

I called them about the same problem, they can only sell the entire wand assembly, not the teeny washer that I lost. $35. If I knew what it looked like I wonder if I could find something at a hardware store.
