It was working fine til a couple of days ago and now will not go on at all. I have charged it and tried turning it off and on several times but it made no difference and I can't seem to find a master reset. It is about 18months old so the warranty has gone.

Turn it off at the bootom of the unit then turn it back on via the same switch. then pug in the charger and it should turn back on. it works for me when it happens to mine.

Mine worked for about 2-3 weeks then suddenly stopped working ,almost like as if the unit died .I have tried looking for a master reset (tom-tom) and charging it from the mains instead ,and still no life from it
