Motorola H700 mic and earphone not working on ps3 but works on phone.

The headset is paired to my ps3, when I enable it the blue light flashes every few seconds. Yet, I cannot hear anyone else or I cannot talk to anyone. I went into the voice changer setting to see if the mic can detect any noise, and it does not. However, when the bluetooth is connected to my phone it works perfectly. Note: I have successfully paired the device.

SOURCE: help! I've no idea!

fold the boom up, push and hold down the central button until it turns violet, open the boom and then let up on the button. The central button should stay violet without blinking. Then go through the pairing routine on your phone.

SOURCE: My Motorola h700 bluetooth will not pair

Rest assured that the drop did not cause this.  There is a general problem with these H700's.

Press the multifunction button until the led turns purple.  Keep it pressed in while you flip the arm open.  The arm needs to be kept fully extended to keep it in pairing mode.  If you succeed in positioning the arm correctly, a steady blue light will be on.  If the light goes off...close the arm and try again.

While in this mode...execute the pairing procedure from your phone...it should find the H700.  The default key is "0000".

SOURCE: Problem with Blackberry Pearl 8100

Open the boom on the headset and hold the button until it turns purple. Go to "Setup Bluetooth." Click "OK" when it tells you to be sure the device is in pairing mode. When the list of devices comes up, choose the H700. Enter passcode "0000."

The device will appear in your paired devices list in the "Setup BlueTooth" screen. Close the boom on the H700 then reopen it and hold the button until it turns purple. Click on the H700 in the devices list. Choose "connect."

This worked for me.

SOURCE: i have a blackberry storm

Hold down the connect button on headset until steady purple light comes on, then open the boom.

Search for Bluetooth devices on the phone. When asked for a pin, use "0000". Now the H700 will show up in the Bluetooth device list, but it will not connect. Put the headset in pairing mode again, this time go to the h700 listed on the phone and select connect. Now the devices will work as normal. When you open the boom on the h700, it will connect to the phone.

I have my second motorola H700 headset paired to a samsung m300 phone. The problem is with my first headset after the pairing of the two, any time the headset was closed the bluetooth icon would go black...

Some phones allow you to set the options for the device in the bluetooth menu for each device. These options include auto authorize which is what you would be looking for to enable for your new headset to auto connect. I'm looking at the Samsung m300 user guide, but it doesn't mention this option, however it may be in the menu as an option when you select the device under the bluetooth menu.

Motorola H700 not connecting to nokia 6300

The factory code is 0000

Is there an error?

Enasure you are doing the pairing correctly

PUT HEADSET IN PAIRING MODE

1. Ensure the headset is turned off (indicator light not blinking and headset boom is closed)
2. Press and hold the Call button. After about 4 or 5 seconds, the indicator ight becomes steadily lit in magenta
3. Release the Call button and immediately open the headset boom. The indicator light remains lit in magenta.

If the indicator light is flashing in blue or not steadily lit when opening the headset boom, repeat steps 1 through 3

Pairing h700 to sanyo s1

After your phone has found the H700 you have to tell your phone to pair with it. It will then ask for the code. Punch in 0000 and confirm. After a little bit the H700 will flash blue several times rapidly and then start blinking about every 5 or 6 seconds. It is then paired with your phone.

LG RUMOR

With the H700 BT headsets the pairing mode is different from other BT headsets. to put it in pairing mode you first hold the talk button on the headset until the purple light comes on.Right after the purple light comes on you have to flip open the headset for it to stay in pairing mode. From there you continue through the phone. It will ask for a password; that will be "0000". then connect.
