HELP I have a phone an orange samsung SGH E370 and it was given to me but is blocked I need a puk code. Most of the websites tell me to ring or sign up on orange to get a puck code. But I dont know my phoe number to sign up. Please reply to me on [email protected]

Hi, it still asks for the code because it is related to the SIM card and not with the phone. If you enter wrong PIN for three times, you are then given 10 attempts to enter the PUK. (it is printed on the voucher of sim card when you have purchased the sim) Your sim card will be blocked permanently if you still entered incorrect PUK code after the 10th attempt.
And if ever you lost the voucher you have only 2 ways to get rid of the PUK code:
1. Replace the sim card or 2. Call the phone company that released the sim card. They will give you the PUK code once you give them your account details and they have confirmed your identity.

*tell your phone number.they will give puk code.enter that code on the wall that ask puk.
*then set will ask a new verification code.there you can enter your desired code and confirm it.

The only thing I can suggest is that you block the phone and get the puk code. Ring up your service provider and get the code 1st block your phone this will give you the option to rest the password and you can then reset your phone.

I Dont know sure if you either want to deblock your phone for because you wrongly entered your password 3 times or that you want to unlock it. For deblocking you need a puk code wich you can ask at your provider if you lost it. for unlocking you phone you need a Unlock code. to unblock a sim you need to put in your PUK code,I"m not sure where you are,but if you know your number,your service provider will issue you with a PUK code

your phone is either networked locked or you need to insert your PUK code,contact your service provider for your PUK code.

hi there you can contact the network provider of the phone they will give you the unlock code witch i think is the puk code

You should have a PUK number, on the plastic card where your sim card was.
Only your network service provider can give you that, if you lost the original.

note down sim number frm ur sim and call ur custormer care.they will enquire2-3 questions and tell them ur sim number.u will get ur puk code.
