Amps What type of outlet is needed for the Magic Chef MCWC30MCG Compact Wine Refrig. My builder is trying to tell me it needs a dedicated breaker for $200. I think he is just trying to charge me extra money. I didn't have this on an outlet with a dedicated breaker in my last house.

Power Consumption - Magic Chef Wine Cooler

The unit will draw between 6 and 12 amps on start up and running it should use less than 1.6 amps. The start up amps will increase with age. Funny how that works the same for people as it does for machines. I hope this will FixYa. Please dont forget to rate. Mike

Magic Chef MCWC30MCG not getting cold anymore?

Replace PTC Starter and that is it. You can also try to open and clean contacts, I did and it worked.
