Open control panel->Double click printers->Right-click on the HP PSC-> Click properties. Then click on the maintenance tab and click on the nozzle check option and insert a paper into the document feeder. After you print the alignment page, you must place it into the scanner or document feeder, and press enter again.

Either theyellow is finished or the nozzles are blocked. Try cleaningthe nozzles of the cartridge.

Wipe the cartridge of cotton,don't use water.Make sure the black is not empty.

Hello Dear; When you install new cartridge the machine going to alignment it is neccessary you just follow the direction step by step to finished the procedure.

You must replace both ink cartridges to get a sucessful alignment.

Hello tabbeach. The printing cartridge align page message appears if u have any alignment job pending, if it asks to print the alignment page. Follow the steps provided here.
Still if u are facing the same issue, perform a HP Media sense caliberation , which in most cases will resolve the issue

replace the black print cartridge. I guess that the text is B&W. Pictures are printed in color - from the color ink cartridge.

How can I install it again.
