You need to donload activesync 4.5 and that will let connect your phone to your PC. Do a google search for Activesync.

LOST APPLICATION CD FOR i-mate K-JAM
To get the drivers, you just need to install "Microsoft Active Sync" that you can get from the Microsoft Website if you are running Windows XP on your PC, or "Windows Mobile Device Center" if you are running Windows Vista on your PC.

For the antivirus license expiry, I think you need to get a new copy of the antivirus cause the date has expired.

All you need is the microsoft Active Sync from the microsoft website.
It will provide you with the required drivers.
