You'll need PIN2. If that doesn't work then phone is reported lost/stolen and is blacklisted, ie phone wont work, but still can be used as music player...

contact your local police station not via 999 service with the phones imie number this is printed on the box and they will give you a contact number to call and the phone will be barred from use

Yes we should report those stealers. You may try the following ways.
1.Ring your service provider and report it with your IMEI No.
2.Just go to the police and they may find it With sattelites.

You have to contact your service provider .

The IMEI (serial number) block on the phone, which stops it being used with a different SIM card, this may take up to 48hours to clear.
