This might work.... Hold the power button and the volume down button down a the same time until "Samsung" appears on ther screen and it should eventually boot up.

CE0168 is not the model number, it is just a reference for devices. Your model number should start with SCH-. It is located under where you see CE0168 and should be next to "Model:" or "Samsung Model:".

From what I can find, the 10.1 Samsung Galaxy Tablet model ce0168 was released in 2011. Recent reviews are quite good.

Well it depends on the tablet.
Most of the tablets come with Wifi which you can put your finger on the top bar and hold it and move your finger down and it will give you another menu.
On that menu you will see something that looks like radar lines.
That's the wifi.
Click on that if you need to do any manual settings.
If it's a providers tablet such at ATT or T-Mobile then you need a sim card to put into the Tablet.
If it's through any other carrier that uses the eime number or whatever it is. Then it has to be activated by that carrier such as Verizon or Sprint.
